Involved in a vehicle incursion while riding as a pax in the backseat of an Uber ride. I took copious amounts of photos on scene, was treated poorly by Uber, and then SKG, with Marc Schiller at the helm, stepped in and handled it professionally, honestly, and efficiently leading to a successful outcome. They were friendly and when they needed something, they came to me. No office visit was needed. David V. did my intake and was empathetic and efficient. My case ended up going to litigation pretty early on. Now they are ripping off the people from the Caifornia wild fires, and North Carolina hurricane/flooding losses.
