Ben Hyman is SKG’s Managing Litigation Attorney and Lead Trial Counsel for the Personal Injury division. He’s led trial teams as first chair on multiple jury trials and hundreds of bench trials with a sterling record of success.
Ben graduated from the University of Central Florida with Honors. He then went on to FIU College of Law and led his peers in public service. The Florida Supreme Court hand-picked him to serve as an intern to work directly under former Chief Justice Jorge Labarga. When he returned from Tallahassee, the student body elected him to be President of the Dade County Bar Association Student Chapter, where he encouraged students and practicing attorneys to participate in pro bono cases and projects.
As a young lawyer Ben joined the ranks of Legal Services of North Florida and Legal Services of Greater Miami and fought for the little guy from Tallahassee to South Florida, safeguarding tenants’ rights, veterans rights, and victim’s rights.
Ben’s entire practice is dedicated to personal injury litigation and trial work, tirelessly pursuing justice for his clients injured by the negligence of another. The goal is always to win – to achieve justice for every client – and to hold the most powerful individuals, corporations, and insurance companies accountable for the damage that negligence causes.
