Paul Kluck was born and raised in Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan, and University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law.
After graduating from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law, he moved to Florida in 2007 where he began his legal career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office. As an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, he tried numerous felony cases.
Following his time at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, Mr. Kluck worked as a civil litigator for several high profile law firms focused on defending major insurance companies in Personal Injury Protection, Third-Party, Premises Liability, and Property Insurance lawsuits.
After years of defending major insurance companies, Mr. Kluck joined Schiller, Kessler & Gomez, PLC, where he applies his vast personal injury protection knowledge to represent medical providers in insurance claims.
